朱俊向,男,汉族,群众,1989年10月生,山东潍坊人,食品科学与工程副教授。主持和参加各类科研课题共18项,其中国家级、省部级项目7项。在农产品功能性包装及高值化利用等方面开展了系列研究工作。获授权发明专利6件,其中转化1件;发表论文60余篇,其中SCI、EI等收录43篇,ESI高被引论文3篇;主编、参编著作和教材2部。
