团队简介:
团队围绕食品中污染物、有害物质及真实性检测等方面展开研究,重点集中在食品中致病菌、毒素、农残、过敏原等的快速精准检测、绿色防控、风险评估及溯源等方面的研究,团队现有教授7名,副教授5名,讲师2名,科研助理1名,硕士生75名。
